Shell Donax® TA is a multipurpose torque converter and hydraulic fluid meeting
Allison Division of GMC (Allison) Type C-3 heavy duty power shift transmission fluid specification for use in a wide variety
of automotive, industrial, and off-highway equipment.
DONAX® YB
Shell Donax® YB oils are designed to meet the demanding requirements of modern transmission, final drive, oil
immersed brake and hydraulic systems fitted to heavy-duty off-road equipment. Specially formulated, they meet the
Caterpillar TO-4 specification as well as the Allison C-4 requirements for transmission and drive train fluids and are
available in SAE viscosity grades 10W, 30, 50 and 60.

TELLUS® Oils T
Shell Tellus® T Oils are available in six ISO viscosity grades 15 through 100. These oils are blended with a carefully
selected viscosity index (VI) improver in severely hydroprocessed Group II base oils to give a high VI without excessive
loss of viscosity from mechanical shearing. Shell Tellus Oils T, therefore exhibit less change in viscosity with temperature
than conventional hydraulic oils. In addition, Shell Tellus Oils T are compounded to give anti-wear performance,
oxidation resistance and protect against rust and
corrosion.

| GREASES |
AeroShell® Grease 33 is a multipurpose airframe grease specifically developed for Boeing to be used in roller bearings,
actuator screws and other airframe equipment. It is made with synthetic base oil and a Lithium Complex thickener, which
provides enhanced corrosion resistance and load-carrying capacity. It has a useful temperature range of -100° F ( 73°
C) to +250° F (+121° C). AeroShell Grease 33 is qualified under MIL-PRF-23827C and Boeing Specification BMS 3-33A
Albida® Grease LT 1
Albida® Grease LT 1 is a premium quality, mineral oil based, multipurpose lithium complex extreme pressure (EP)
grease. It is formulated especially for low temperature applications.
Albida® Grease SD 2
Albida® Grease SD 2 is a premium quality, mineral oil based, multipurpose lithium complex extreme pressure (EP)
grease. It is suitable for both commercial and industrial applications.
ALBIDA® LC Greases
Application: Range of synthetic fluid greases for use in heavy-duty, high temperature industrial applications

RETINAX® HD Grease 1
Retinax® Grease HD is a premium mixed soap thickened grease made with a heavy base oil, tackifiers and selected
additives. The combination of lithium and calcium soaps gives this grease its excellent mechanical stability, while the
heavy base oil provides superior resistance to water washout. The careful selection of additives gives Retinax Grease
HD excellent EP/load carrying ability, oxidative stability, rust protection and metal surface adherence. Retinax Grease HD
is available in NLGI Grades 1 and 2.
RETINAX® HD Grease 2

Retinax® Greases
Retinax® Greases CMX and SDX are Shell’s multipurpose lithium complex high dropping point, extreme pressure (EP)
greases containing molybdenum disulfide (moly). They are primarily intended for construction, mining and agricultural
equipment applications. Retinax CMX Grease 1 and Grease 2, and SDX Grease 2 greases are recommended for use in
applications requiring a Caterpillar Multipurpose Grease product.
Rhodina® Grease SDX 2
Rhodina® Grease SDX 2 is a heavy-duty grease thickened with an anhydrous 12-hydroxy stearate thickener and
formulated with graphite and molybdenum disulfide (moly) for extreme pressure performance.

low maintenance cost; compatible with elastomers, gaskets, seals and paints.
Spirax® HD 80W-90
Shell Spirax® HD oils are high performance multigrade extreme-pressure, multipurpose gear lubricants. They
are suitable for heavy-duty truck and automotive differentials, manual transmissions and oil lubricated wheel
bearings. drive-train gears of heavy-duty automotive, trucking and off-road equipment operated under high-
speed/shock load, high-speed/low torque and low-speed/ high torque conditions. They meet the requirements of API GL-
5 and MIL-PRF-2105E and are available in two SAE viscosity grades: 80W-90 and 85W-140.

| SPECIAL APPLICATION FLUIDS |
Shell Clavus® Oils are highly refined naphthenic base petroleum oils intended for use in compression refrigeration
systems containing non-hydroflurocarbon refrigerants such as R-12, R-22, R-502 and ammonia.
AeroShell® Fluid 41
AeroShell® Fluid 41 is mineral oil based aircraft hydraulic oil with excellent low temperature characteristics that is
capable of operating over a wide range of temperatures. This fluid is oxidation inhibited, and contains a special anti-wear
additive. AeroShell Fluid 41 is dyed red for identification and leak detection purposes.
Torcula® Oils
Shell Torcula® Oils are specially developed lubricants of high film-strength that provide improved lubrication of rock
drills, jackhammers, sinkers and other air operated percussion tools. Torcula Oils are blended with an unusual
combination of high film-strength, oiliness and anti-wear additives into high quality mineral oils. These products have
consistently provided outstanding field performance. Torcula Oils atomize readily in air line lubricators to make an oil
mist. This mist passes through the drill, lubricates the closely-fitted working parts and restricts the build-up of frictional
heat. A protective oil film helps prevent metal parts from rust caused by moisture-laden air.
IRUS™ Fluid D 46
Irus® Fluids D 46 and 68 are fully synthetic ester type hydraulic fluids. They do
not contain mineral oil, phosphate esters, chlorinated hydrocarbons or water.
They are designed to be chemically stable when operating conditions are such
that severe physical demands are placed on the fluid.
